The Song & The Artwork

“Never Find The End” was born in a writing room with dear friends of the Halls - Kevin Embleton and Jeff Gilliland. Honest conversation and a sharing of heart around the depths and mystery of faith and a recognition that God's presence is boundless became the doorway for the song to be written. The Halls hope that the lyrics and music act as an invitation for listeners to enter stillness and to rest in the truth that there is always more to discover, and never a final measure to grace. It’s a song for the in-between moments — when you’re searching, resting, or simply breathing.

Created by visual artist Jon White, the cover art for “Never Find The End” was inspired by an early morning visit to the cliffs of Etretat in Normandy, France. A place that has inspired painters such as Mattisse and Monet due to its stunning light. The original painting seeks to capture layers of light and form unfolding without boundary and the sense of eternity that is often felt when looking out over the sea and towards the horizon. The shapes within the painting are a loose reflection of the shapes of the Normandy cliffs .
